•	DETAILED DISCUSSION WITH THE CUSTOMER The customer must prepare all information e.g. texts, photos, brochures, and must present us with a clear concept. No one has a better idea of what is expected than you, and the less we have to research your product the cheaper our offer can be.
•	OFFER - ORDER - DEPOSIT The customer then gets a quote. We demand a confirmation of the order and a deposit of 50%. The rest is payable when the website is completed and on the net.
•	DESIGN Now the website will be created. We like to do create straight forward yet professional websites with a focus on minimalising loading time for the viewer.
•	APPEARANCE OF THE NEW WEBSITE ON THE NET (Testing only) The customer has the opportunity to change or make alterations to the website.
•	ACQUIRING A DOMAIN We organise a *.com, *.net, or *.org for you at cost price. Payment must be immediate and cancellation is not possible.
•	HOSTING THE NEW WEBSITE The finished product of your website is now complete and on the internet. We are not responsible for breakdowns of any servers, but if this happens please contact us immediately.
•	UPDATES For a small fee we will update your website once a month. This concerns only the alteration of details (e.g. price lists, menus, dates etc.). Any changes in the design or structure of the website are possible but will be charged for separately.
