Herbert grew up in Vienna, Austria. He obtained an excellent singing education at the famous Vienna Boys Choir and also got tuition in piano, recorder and trumpet. From 1966 he travelled with his band "The Four Jets" seventeen years through Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Italy.
In 1983 he settled in Munich and worked as a musician, a singer and a composer. He performed self written songs in many European Radio and TV Shows  and won the competition "The Best Munich Song" in 1989. During this time he was very busy playing live shows at many venues in and around Bavaria and Austria.
In 1995 Herbert and his family migrated to Australia. Not long after his arrival in Adelaide he performed his music in clubs, restaurants, at the Convention Centre and once a year at the German Schützenfest.
From 1996 to 2001 he became a host and was entertaining his customers at the "Weinstadl" Restaurant in Coromandel Valley. He enjoys singing and is interested in computing and creating websites.

Born in Adelaide, Herbert's entertainment career started at the age of 12 when he joined Adelaide's Austrian National Dance Group and performed all over Australia. Eventually he became leader of this group and has given many successful performances to a wide section of the community.
At an early age Herbert showed an eager interest in music and soon started his extensive record and now CD collection which he has used on many DJ assigments with great results.
He has the ability to read the feeling of the audience and place a variety of music for all ages. Herbert has had extensive MC experience and can handle any occasion big or small.
He has now for many years his own folk music band and plays his button accordion to make any crowd wanting to get up for a dance.
Weddings is his speciality and now teamed up with Herbert can now offer a total entertainment package for that special occasion.
