Born in
Dresden, Ruth is the girl with the most years on air. She
started at 5DN North Adelaide with the ‘Treffpunkt’ show. This
was with music and talk which was translated into English by
many co-announcers over 16 years.
Now a life member with 5EBI FM since the start of the station,
Ruth is on-air every Sunday morning at 10.00.
If you like ‘Volksmusik’ and
‘Schlager’ - and a chat in German of course, listen in
sometime and see if you like it. Greetings to your friends are
possible on air at special request. Ruth also gives the latest
soccer results each Sunday and says “tune in soon, you will be
