Born in the
Melbourne suburb of Essendon and still a staunch supporter of
that famous AFL Club, David matriculated in German and spent
many of his early years working in Hamburg, where he met his
teenage penfriend and later wife to be, Sigrid. David has
worked for a German company specialising in International
Freight Forwarding for more than 30 years.
He has always
been interested in the German language, culture and way of
life. Now settled in Adelaide for over 20 years, David is
happily undertaking the job of Secretary.
